Novus fabricates ASME-rated pressure vessels and scrubber skids for air, gas, and vapor processing operations across energy, industrial, and power generation applications. Our facilities produce the full range of gas processing vessels, from fuel gas scrubbers to inlet separators, built to code and delivered on schedule.

Product Description

Gas processing vessels require precise internal configuration – inlet devices, vanes, mist eliminators, and outlet connections – all positioned to specification and verified dimensionally before the vessel is closed. Novus produces these vessels through our full in-house production sequence, with engineering managing the internal configuration from 3D model to shop floor.

Fuel gas scrubber skids are a core Novus product for power generation and data center backup fuel applications – a complete skid-mounted gas conditioning package that integrates the vessel, piping, and instrumentation into a single tested assembly.

For vapor recovery and gas conditioning applications in energy production, Novus produces separator and scrubber vessels at the same quality standard applied across all our product lines
