Novus engineers and fabricates fully integrated, skid-mounted modular process systems that combine vessels, structural steel, piping, instrumentation, and electrical into a single tested assembly. What arrives at your site is installation-ready – not a collection of components to be assembled, fitted, and tested in the field under schedule pressure and weather exposure.
The value of a Novus modular system is what happens before the kit arrives on site. Pipe spools are fabricated and fitted in our shop. Vessel and structural connections are made under controlled conditions, inspected under our quality system, and hydrostatically tested before the skid leaves our facility.

Our modular capability spans separation systems, heater treaters, thermal energy storage skids, fuel handling and conditioning packages, fuel gas scrubber skids, and custom process packages across a wide range of end markets. This includes both mechanical fabrication and I&E installation. Each system is engineered to your specification and built to the applicable ASME and ASME B31.3 codes.
