Novus Process Systems operates two purpose-built production facilities in Texas. Combined, they provide 250,000 square feet of domestic fabrication capacity.
The facilities are designed for precision, consistency, and scale. Both sites are ASME- and API-stamped. Full-time W-2 employees perform all work. This two-facility structure supports tight quality control, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery on complex industrial programs.
The Odessa facility serves as the central hub for the company’s engineering and production operations. From initial 3D modeling through final testing and inspection approval, every stage of the pressure vessel manufacturing process is completed under one roof, within a single quality system, and under the oversight of one integrated team.
The production floor is structured to support both efficiency and full traceability, with dedicated areas for warehouse receiving, long-seam welding, cylinder fabrication, vessel assembly, hydrostatic testing, blasting, painting, skid assembly, instrumentation and electrical work, final inspection, and transport staging. No vessel leaves the facility without successfully progressing through each stage of this process.

Our Troy facility was built around the complexity of double-wall tank production and large-format modular systems, product lines that demand a specific production floor layout, specialized equipment, and a team trained for that discipline. The ARC plasma cutting system and ring-rolling capability at Troy give Novus fabrication options that most competitors in this space do not have under one roof.
The Troy facility is also configured for thermal energy storage systems designed specifically for the data center market, where delivery schedules and dimensional precision are non-negotiable. The synergy of co-producing multiple units simultaneously at this facility is a direct cost and lead-time advantage for customers with volume requirements.
