He has led enterprise-wide ERP implementation, multi-site expansions, and operational scaling initiatives that expanded capabilities into steel manufacturing and integrated process systems. These efforts have strengthened execution, improved visibility, and built the operating infrastructure necessary to support sustainable, long-term growth.
