Ethan Hammons is Vice President of Business Development at Novus Process Systems, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and customer development efforts across the company’s energy and industrial markets. Since joining the company in 2018, he has supported operators, EPC firms, and industrial customers throughout North America while helping connect customer needs with the execution of major capital projects.

Before joining Novus, Ethan held leadership roles with Wildcat Services and Select Energy Services, overseeing regional operations, equipment rental programs, and customer relationships. He has more than 14 years of industry experience and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Welding from Midland College.
