Novus engineers and fabricates fully integrated, skid-mounted modular process systems – combining vessels, tanks, structural steel, piping, instrumentation, and electrical into a single tested assembly that arrives at your site installation-ready. Our modular capability spans separation systems, thermal management packages, fuel handling skids, and custom process packages across a wide range of end markets.
Novus modular process systems are engineered, inspected, shop built and tested in a controlled pre-construction environment – resulting in reduced field labor expense and schedule risk. Pipe spools are fabricated and fitted in our shop, not in the field. Vessel and structural connections are made under controlled conditions, inspected under our quality system, and hydrotested before the skid leaves our facility. What arrives at your site is a tested, documented, installation-ready assembly.
Our in-house engineering team manages the full production workflow: 3D model, customer approval, engineering release, procurement, production planning, fabrication, hydrostatic testing, blast, paint, skid assembly, instrumentation and electrical integration, and final inspection. Single-point project management means one accountable contact owns that sequence end to end.
Modular systems can be designed for flexibility – proprietary designs that accommodate customer-specified vendor equipment and sub-contractor integration where required.
