From single-wall field tanks to large-format double-wall API tanks, our Troy and Odessa facilities produce the full range of backup fuel and containment storage solutions.
Novus backup fuel and containment tanks are produced at both our Troy, TX and Odessa, TX facilities using a plasma cutting and ring-rolling production process that gives us in-house forming capability most competitors in this space do not have. The inner and outer shell marriage process – where two independently formed tanks are joined into a double-wall containment system – are built around the ArcCut Pro 30F plasma cutting system and dedicated ring-rolling equipment.
For backup fuel storage at data center facilities and power generation sites, Novus produces UL 142-listed double-wall tanks specifically engineered for the environmental containment requirements of mission-critical sites. Batch production of multiple identical units produces meaningful lead-time and cost advantages per unit.
