Where do you operate?
Our fabrication and execution footprint spans two Texas-based facilities in Odessa and Troy, serving customers across North America.
What positions do you hire for?

We hire welders, fabricators, engineers, project managers, and operations and support staff across both our Odessa and Troy, Texas facilities. As a growing company, our openings change over time, so we encourage you to apply and tell us where your skills fit.

Are your positions full-time employees or contract?

Our production workforce is made up of full-time, W-2 employees. We are not a day-labor or staffing-agency shop. We invest in our people and build long-term careers, not temporary placements.

We operate two production facilities in Texas: our headquarters in Odessa and our specialist facility in Troy. You can indicate your location preference when you apply.
