Adan Cano serves as Chief Operating Officer of Novus Process Systems, where he directs operational execution, engineering, and project delivery across the organization. He oversees design and engineering teams in Odessa, Texas and Hyderabad, India, and aligns operations, planning, and project management to support the company’s growth across its end markets.

He brings more than 25 years of facilities engineering and project management experience across the United States, United Kingdom, India, Kazakhstan, Venezuela, and Angola, including central processing plant design, engineering, construction, and commissioning, and the leadership of major capital programs and engineering teams at Chevron and Birch Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California.
