Joe Luthman is Vice President of Business Development at Novus Process Systems, where he is responsible for driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across industrial and infrastructure markets. Since joining the company in 2025, he has brought a blend of engineering expertise and commercial leadership. He began his career designing tanks and pressure vessels before transitioning into sales and business development.

A licensed Professional Engineer, Joe collaborates with customers, engineers, and project teams to develop practical solutions for complex applications. He brings tank and pressure vessel business development and sales leadership experience from Enerfab and Manchester Tank and Equipment, where he held roles spanning business development, compressed air, fire protection, refrigerants, air and industrial products, and industrial product sales.
