Since joining the company in 2009, he has held roles across sales, supply chain, operations, and facility management, developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operating model and key drivers of performance.

Michael has led enterprise-wide ERP implementation, multi-site expansion, and operational improvement initiatives that broadened the company’s capabilities in steel manufacturing and integrated process systems. These efforts have strengthened execution, improved visibility, and supported the operating infrastructure needed for sustainable, long-term growth.
