Chris Maier is CEO of Novus Process Systems and a member of its Board of Directors, where he oversees strategic partnerships across the company’s new and growth end markets. He has been with the business for seven years, previously serving as Chief Financial Officer and as a strategic advisor to the Board and to New Mountain Capital.

Before joining, he advised another New Mountain portfolio company for 18 months, following several years in the corporate restructuring and special situations group at Huron. He holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a CPA (inactive).
