Chris Maier is Chief Executive Officer of Novus Process Systems and a member of its Board of Directors, where he oversees strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across the company’s end markets. Since joining the company in 2020, he has served as Chief Financial Officer and as a strategic advisor to the Board and to New Mountain Capital.

Before joining Novus, Chris advised another New Mountain portfolio company for 18 months after spending several years in the corporate restructuring and special situations group at Huron. He holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is a CPA (inactive).
