Every customer order at Novus moves through our fully in-house engineering and project management organization. We staff dozens of engineers and project managers across our Odessa and Troy facilities, supported by our dedicated, full-time engineering staff in Hyderabad, India. No order enters our shop floor without senior engineering and operations sign-off.
Our engineering team performs mechanical, structural, and electrical design for ASME pressure vessels, API storage tanks, ASME piping systems, and fully integrated skidded modular solutions. Our 3D modeling to production print capability means your design moves from concept to shop-ready drawing without leaving our building – eliminating the handoff errors and schedule delays that plague fabricators who outsource their engineering.

One project manager owns your order from acceptance through delivery, coordinating engineering, procurement, production, quality control, and logistics as a unified team rather than a series of handoffs. You have one accountable contact, one source of truth on schedule, and one team responsible for delivering on every commitment.
Our production workflow is disciplined and repeatable: order entry, engineering review, customer approval, engineering release, supply chain and production planning, and fabrication. Each stage has defined deliverables and accountability, which is how we compress lead times without compromising quality.
