Novus ASME pressure vessels are carbon steel, code-stamped vessels designed and fabricated to ASME Section VIII, Division 1 for upstream, midstream, and industrial process applications. Every vessel is built under one roof, tested in-house, and leaves our Odessa or Troy facility ready for field installation.
Novus pressure vessels move through a fully documented production sequence at both of our facilities (Odessa, TX and Troy, TX): warehouse receiving, long-seam weld on our HGG SPC 1500-4000 VC CNC system, cylinder fabrication, head fit-up and welding, interior component installation, inlet/outlet flanging, hydrostatic testing, blast and paint in our climate-controlled coating shop, skid assembly, instrumentation and electrical, and final inspection before transport.
Our in-house engineering team produces 3D models and production drawings, performs code calculations, and manages customer approval, all without leaving our building.
